As a side, I think we always need to wonder if giving our children “ethnic names” is helping them isn the current global and Ameri-centric world.
It should not be like this, but …
Being a rebel, I myself have given my kids ethnic names, but sometiomes…., when they are judged before people have even seen or heard them …. , just something to consider.
