New Video Series: Going Tiny with AARP

While the tiny house market is a fairly new one, nearly 40 percent of people who own tiny homes are over the age of 50. However, the resources for these buyers are few and far between.

AARP has caught onto the trend of more mature people going tiny and is offering additional resources for those in the downsize mode. AARP is the nation’s largest nonprofit organization for people over the age of 50. It offers resources and benefits for its members such as discounts, blog posts, and informational videos.

The AARP magazine and website features stories from people who have moved into tiny houses, RVs, multigen homes, or ADU’s in their family backyards.

Starting August 1, the AARP YouTube channel is featuring a new series called, Going Tiny with AARP. The channel features several family downsizing projects from start to finish.
